Form message header of one of your postings, I know you are using Emacs
22. IIRC EasyPG is not bundled with Emacs 22, so you need to install it
by yourself. You can grab it from http://www.easypg.org. 

BTW, I think your .emacs/.gnus need some house cleaning.
