[Interopcast-general] Problème légal

Bonjour, 

Incité par https://linuxfr.org/comments/198698.html, j'ai navigué sur
le CVS de votre projet et ait eu la facheuse révélation d'un sérieux
problème légal.

En effet, dans tout les fichiers sources que j'ai regardé, il manque
les infos sur la licence et le nom des auteurs.

include a copy of the plain text version of the GPL

Put it in a file named COPYING.
