Thanks very much. I apparently didn't have logging working quite right. It now
shows that I hadn't added /usr/lib/openssh/sftp-server to the jk_lsh.ini file which
I have now corrected. However, I don't believe I should have to add this line
since JailKit correctly adds the soft link from /usr/lib/sftp-server to
/usr/lib/openssh/sftp-server when I run jk_init sftp.
Perhaps I am doing something wrong? I can automate this and modify the file,
but it seems like this might be a bug.

you should enable logging inside the jail, because you're missing the
logs that tell you why the user is kicked out.
