0.4.6 is also the version available in the last Ubuntu release and 
Debian development repositories:

- http://packages.ubuntu.com/fr/oneiric/libmicrohttpd-dev
- http://packages.debian.org/unstable/libmicrohttpd-dev

I have successfully been able to upgrade the Ubuntu packages with the 
last released source (0.9.17) and build them but I don't have enough 
knowledge of microhttpd differences to be sure that there no package 
modifications needed.
