Hi,

I deduct from my error message:
- - The chip is connected to the beagle bone and the wiring is correct.
- - The BeagleBone is set up correctly and flashrom is working.
- - Flasrom does not recognize the chip. This means there is some
communication between the chip and flashrom but flashrom is not
certain how to communicate.

I am willing to help to extend flashrom so it recognizes the flash
chip of my T400. What should I do to help making this possible?
