I have no capability to emit an opinion on how #english has capability 
to render English. (but see below)

Please see just above an opinion English written. As see above again [at 
#fr], SPEL will not help. I even doubt on an ideogram-written programing 
language to render any philosophical, ethical or wathever complex whole idea
(because any program will fall under Türing imitation game test on that 
only idea itself).

In fact, these code snippets have nothing to do with the former thread. 
You just found a 4 lines relevant quote
you could cling.

You want a thread on SPEL (and what is behind)? You want spread it? 
Write a/several consistent(s) article(s), and/or find other relevants 
one, on pages we can find, then start a thread with a set of URI. You 
tried once, but have stumbled on the positive set (how it can helps, 
what are the principles, how have you been helped regarding semantics, 
also how it could be improved regarding semantic, including limits...).

And last, please stop flood on that list: it just deserves your project 
(there are good aspects on, really, but IMHO should be turned in 
something near enough a "formal programming" "interpretor", tranlated).
