Solaris whole_archive update

My convenience archive test (proposed for HEAD) uncovered more failures
on Solaris, as already mentioned.

While I probably won't have a solution for the tagdemo failures on
solaris/CC done before the next 1.5.x release which I wanted out this
weekend, I would very much like the whole_archive one fixed.

Man page and a test of mine on sparc-sun-solaris2.8 and Sun WorkShop(TM)
6 update 2 as well as gcc show that the patches below
(for HEAD/branch-2-0 and branch-1-5 respectively) fix convenience
archives and $wl.

Could you please test this as well on your respective Solaris systems,
so we don't get a bogus 1.5.16 release?  Thank you very much.

        Update wl for Sun Studio f77/f90/f95.  Fix whole_archive_flag_spec
        for cc and f77/f90/f95 to prevent reordering in case we link with $CC.
