1.5.66 for Windows [WAS: missing 1st note on 2nd part of staff]

Dear Lilypond,

Now when doing ly2dvi -P, I'm getting an error of:
A required .DLL file, CYGICOVV-2.DLL was not found.
I'm not sure what to download to fix this. I selected
everything that was marked as skip, but not sure where
to find libiconv2  since it's not listed in the setup.
