Note that this only works with -b tex.
With lilypond-CVS, the preferred way is to use char #0251 (©: copyright
symbol in latin-1), but this will probably*) change real soon now to
chars #0302#0251 (©: the copyright symbol encoded in utf-8).

*) If we manage to include libiconv and devise a way to let the user
specify the file encoding, using latin-1 symbols may stay a
supported way to do it.
