Sure... but what updates? IMO the only thing important enough to mention is LSR integration, which is still progressing towards the first serious release. (should be done before this weekend)
The tutorial has been rewritten, but we haven't bothered listing such updates in the past... besides, anybody reading the NEWS probably doesn't need to read the tutorial.
