input/new status?

Hi,

I wonder why we compile snippets in input/new, as these snippets are
copied to input/lsr when running makelsr.py and input/new output is not
linked from HTML docs at all.  I propose to stop making
lys-to-tely/lilypond-book running on this directory to save a bit of
build time and disk space.  If this is necessary to 'make dist', maybe
we should add all lys to EXTRA_DIST_FILES.
