We need one more. In NR 1+2, we need it for the portions of each

It's possible, but messy. I'd rather keep this as a last resort
-- the LaTeX would be a messy {\bf {\larger NAME}}, the HTML would
be <b><font size=whatever>NAME</font></b>, etc. And I have no
idea what the info would look like.
