May I ask why the HTML markup of the examples is
<table><tbody><tr><td> </td><td><pre class="example"> ?
The @lilypond blocks are much simpler: <blockquote><pre
class="verbatim"> for the code and then <p><a><img > for the image.
Also, there is no CSS class for .example
Coding examples as <blockquote><pre class="example"> and adding
.example[comma] to the verbatim CSS rule would solve this.
This is a nice work, bravo.
