Capitalizing node names in snippets list and internals reference

Currently, the node and chapter/section names in the SL and the IR use 
inconsistent capitalizing. Some sections capitalize all words in the section 
title, while others only capitalize the very first letter and leave the rest 
in lower case.
Shouldn't we make this consistent?
