You're right. That's not a problem in fragment 1.

Forgot to restore the baroque square shapes for the breve noteheads.

Now, what's the process to follow? We can wait for more comments for
now. Then, I'll try to mimic the existing headwords' format as much as
possible. Any written down policy rules?

Not AFAIK, but I'd like the introductory sentence and list of section contents to be visible on the first
page without having to scroll.  That limits the size of
the headword.  Otherwise model it on Pitches, Rhythms
and Expressive.
