Re: strange fretboard images

Ok it looks like the problem is that there are no 9th chords defined in 
the file "predefined-guitar-fretboards.ly".  When I changed c:9 to c:7 
it rendered perfectly.  I couldn't find a single 9th chord in the 
predefined diagrams, so we should probably either add 9th chords to the 
predefined file or change the example to a different chord.
