Ah, I see.  No, of course it won't.  The index is built purely
from @funindex.  Ralph Palmer is gradually indexing material, but
of course he wouldn't notice this addition to Dynamics (he's
finished that).

I guess we should have rejected that patch of yours.  :P
Once John says it's safe to do doc work again, I'll add a
checklist for doc modification.  (if there's a new command, did
you add a @funindex)
