I got busy and left off tracking this thread a while back, agree with you
completely, simple, no-brainer to convert present sources.

Having done that, there is one issue remaining, getting the standard
disclaimer(s) into new sources.

Those using apples XCode development tool will have noted that apple has a
number of 'templates' with the oilerplate text in it, including some
automagic for entering users full name and company name (from login and
address book entries).  unix hackers could use a shell script to do
something akin.  dont do development on windoz systems, dunno hat there is
there, but even if its just a write-locked file that gets copied, and the
ubiquitous readme to be ignored, it would help.
