As I mentioned in comment #1, I verified that it was fixed in my GUB
build and Graham's pre-release build.  But it appears to have broken
sometime between Sept 17 and the official 2.13.4 release, since 2.13.4
does not ship with LilyPad.

I still have the pre-2.13.4 mingw build here, with LilyPad:
