I thought that it would be easy/implicit to have general/ show up
somewhere in the urls/output-dir, and that by renaming it to
"web" we would have an easy way to keep all web files in
a single toplevel dir while leaving quite some urls
just where they are now [ie, lilypond.org/install] instead
of having to add even more .htaccess junk.
