rebuilding all docs

I do:
  touch Documentation/*.te??

touching Documentation/notation/*  won't do anything.  I'm not certain
if Documentation/snippets/*.ly will work, but
Documentation/snippets.tely  should.  *.te??  matches all .texi and
.tely files.

Oh, but if you're changing version.itexi or macros.itexi or
common-macros.itexi, you'd want *te?? instead of *.te??
