I hope my patch on Rietveld will completely fix this:
- all fragment options are taken into account in the hash, so a change
of a fragment option should trigger a rebuild by lilypond,
- all other fragment options trigger processing only in lilypond-book,
but lilypond-book always redo it at each invocation anyway to format
LaTeX/Texinfo/HTML output.
Best,
John
