If I understand well your plans, your mistake is not about forgetting to
comment out these lines, but about not putting these two lines in a
ifneq ($(WEBSITE_ONLY_BUILD),) block, which would make possible to
enable these lines only if WEBSITE_ONLY_BUILD has a non-empty value,
e.g. in local.make on lilypond.org or in the command line of the cron
job on lilypond.org.
