git diff by tags

Could somebody figure out how to generate a git diff between the
2.12.0 and 2.13.13 tags, and add that to the "major release
checklist" in Documentation/contributor/release-work.itexi?

Line 266 would be a great location for this.  Don't worry about
formatting; I'm treating that part of the CG as a text file
dumping ground right now.  Just make sure it compiles (by using @@
if you need any at-signs)


This isn't relevant to Valentin's work on the regtest-checking
issue, since I'm pretty certain that 2.12.0 has un-doc'd stuff,
but after 2.14.0 I'd like to be able to look at such a diff to see
what needs to be documented before 2.16.0.
