If it exists, it would either be in out-test/ or out-www/, but I'm
not certain that this isn't broken. FWIW, the test-output in GUB
produces a comparison page, so the underlying python scripts still
work.

It happens infrequently, but never from a fresh build. If you run
make -j2 (or -j3 or -j4) again, it'll work.
