Huh? Have you ever really looked at the pages???
Rietveld has a next/previous file link, and it has even keyboard shortcuts (j 
for next, k for previous file) so that you don't even need to use your mouse...

You can always use  "Download raw patchset" and have your browser open that 
link in e.g. kompare automatically....
