Problems making doc after commit by Mark P

Hello,

Since I pulled

407df9e0f629e1224ccac29c7ea503513e704a55

Clean up declarations-init.ly, paper-defaults-init.ly.


I am now getting compilation errors when I try to make doc.

I don't know how to remove this from my source code to verify this, but as this 
is the only commit today and I have been able to make doc this morning I think 
it must be this.
