Actually, on looking at this paragraph again, I think it
needs further changes. It should refer to a top-of-file
\header block, not a book \header block. I'll redraft
it (and use parentheses :).

But I see this sentence is confusing, so I'll reword
it as "Both Bookpart Titles and Score Titles ...".

hierarchy
