The mail message would not apply - possibly because I had to go Windows 
text->unicode->Ubuntu box.  It's possible Harm has the same problem.  I 
grabbed the patch directly from Rietveld and it applied fine.  However, I 
now know I only have write access to the lilypond-extra and gub repos - not 
the git-cl - so I can't push a patch anyway.

Graham - could you either give me access to git-cl or push this patch, 
please?
