It's not meant to be fingerpointing -- I'm not blaming anyone for development 
not moving on this item.  I just think that re-awakening the discussion 
occasionally at least helps keep awareness of the issue in place, so if a 
developer thinks it's something they'd like to work on, we can take the 
conversation further.
