I think I have fixed the compilation issue now - I am on a different
machine with its own $LILYPOND_GIT and it doesn't seem to have any
*-midi.ly snippet. So I can only assume that my home machine has a dirty
tree and makelssy/py/convert.ly was picking it up and doing what they do.
