Hello,

Can anyone tell me why we have an entry

- -midly.ly

in .gitignore?

it seems to be coming back to bite me. It happened before when I
edited the MIDI section of the NR and had to create/edit some
snippets, and for whatever reason it seems to be biting me again
because my last makelsr run added back (for a reason I haven't have
time to work out yet) a snippet that ends in -midi.ly which of course
my $LILYPOND_GIT is ignoring so patchy-staging merge fails.

...

I am about to head into work so cannot look at it immediately now.

But if there are errors from 'patchy email' (wherever they are coming
from) about borked 'make' commands and assuming that that patchy's
.gitignore is the same as mine, then it is likely to be this same problem.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

James
