just a doubt about the use of @code in one sentence
https://codereview.appspot.com/290270043/diff/1/Documentation/notation/changing-defaults.itely
File Documentation/notation/changing-defaults.itely (right):
https://codereview.appspot.com/290270043/diff/1/Documentation/notation/changing-defaults.itely#newcode3493
Documentation/notation/changing-defaults.itely:3493:
@code{all-suppressed}. Use @code{begin-of-line-invisible}
AFAIK all-printed and all-suppressed are not lilypond options, so why
putting them in a @code block? This is also misleading for translators.
