vertical spacing

Hello all,

I, too was wondering how to get more systems on a page.  I'm also using
1.6.4 on Cygwin and Lily seems to be putting too few systems on a page.

I have looked at this section of the docs but I don't know where to place:

\property Staff.minimumVerticalExtent = #'(-4 . 4) (or whatever values I
need).
