Yes,
rpm -e lilypond --noscripts
It works. That's great.
I can remove the lilypond-1.6.6-1 rpm now. :)


So, I installed lilypond 1.6.10 from tar.gz

tar xzvf lilypond-1.6.10.tar.gz
cd lilypond-1.6.10
./configure
make all
make install

But, still the notes have weird appearance.
So, again, ...

sh buildscripts/clean-fonts.sh
cd ../
rm lilypond-1.6.10 -Rf
tar xzvf lilypond-1.6.10.tar.gz
cd lilypond-1.6.10
./configure
make
make install

same result :
