Transposing and coda-scripts

I have two questions about my brandnew upgraded lily 2.0.1:

1. The "(music (scripts-coda))" doesn't seem to work anymore.
I used it for writing "D.S. al {CODA-SYMBOL}" above the staff. and now I don't 
get the symbol but some numbers above the staff...

2. Sometime ago I saw in the manual, that is was possible to transpose 
instruments using the {8 v.a.-SYMBOL} in the staff, but I don't find this 
anymore. Could you give me a hint?
