You probably need a newer version of makeinfo to avoid these
error messages. However, unless you want to read the documentation
in info format, you can just go on and do
make
make install
and then everything should work (except for the info files).
Just don't forget to follow the instructions in INSTALL.txt
on the files lilypond-profile/lilypond-login.
