OK, I'm an idiot. But, to my excuse, there are two clearly marked sections "Linux" and "Other", and after that, the section about the development version. The documentation is in the "Other" section. I think that a greenish bar with "Documentation" or "Sources & Documentation" would help... :)
In any case, *it's online* (I mean, the searchable manual)! Just go to LSR and try the obvious link. It's a bit crude, but we will refine the idea.
