You can move it using extra-offset, that's sure, you must only find the 
right object. I suppose it is Voice.Script, so use \once \override 
Voice.Script #'extra-offset. Perhaps you should use LilyPondTool to help 
with those (see http://lilypondtool.organum.hu/127.0.html). If you use 
Windows you can download a bundle that is just need to be unzipped into 
c:\Program Files. DOwnload from 
http://lilypondtool.organum.hu/fileadmin/lilypondtool/lilypondtool.zip

If you sent the bad file, we could help you better.
