Plural with article:
1. Fall: die natürlichen/künstlichen Flageolettöne
2. Fall: der natürlichen/künstlichen Flageolettöne
3. Fall: den natürlichen/künstlichen Flageolettönen
4. Fall: die natürlichen/künstlichen Flageolettöne
Plural without article:
1. Fall: natürliche/künstliche Flageolettöne
2. Fall: natürlicher/künstlicher Flagoelettöne
3. Fall: natürlichen/künstlichen Flageolettönen
4. Fall: natürliche/künstliche Flageolettöne

I've never heard one. Probably I would call it `der Basiston des
Flegeolets'.
