GDP NR 2 Reorganisation

Draft 6 of the proposed headings for NR 2 is now posted.  See

The main change from Draft 5 is the addition of several subsections (or in 
some cases subsubsections) at Graham's suggestion, like:

2.3.1.1 References for bowed instruments

containing just references to relevant information, like:

 Bowings are indicated with @ref{Articulations and ornamentations}.
 Fingerings are indicated with @ref{Fingering instructions}.
 Artificial harmonics are created with @ref{Special note heads}
 @seealso
 Notation Reference: @ref{the-above-stuff}
 Snippets: @lsrdir{Unfretted string instruments}

The idea is that snippets illustrating the use of bowings, fingerings, 
harmonics, etc can be added at any time to the LSR and tagged with 
"Unfretted string instruments", so appearing in the manual as snippets 
without any changes being required to the .itely files.

As this is a largish change we'll continue to accept comments until 
Wednesday 9 April before committing these changes to the 2.11 docs.
