Difficulty in jedit with LilyPondTools

I just started using JEdit and the LilypondTools provided as a plug-in for that editor. Everytime I use it though, I keep getting the follwoing error: java.io IOException:error=2, No such file or directory   - Any help resolving this would be appreciated. Thanks.
