no, it doesn't.
I tried without this last mod again and 
noticed also this warning some lines below:

attenzione: controllo del tipo per «control-points» fallito; il valore
«#<unspecified>» deve essere del tipo «list»

translation:
warning: type control for <control-points> failed:
<#unspecified> value have to be of "list" type

Anyway if with new version it works, i will solve with that.
