Raw LilyPond Output

The new release Denemo 1.1 has a feature asked for on this list a while
back: direct output of the LilyPond music to files (one file per
staff/voice) with no wrappings - no contexts etc.

The full new features list for this release is as follows:

    Palettes of commands
        Customize content and shape

    Movement Navigation Buttons
        Buttons for quick change
        Indication of current Movement
    Raw LilyPond Output
        For inclusion in user’s LilyPond template
        Single keypress to update the output
