Hmm, now that I try nor can I :(
This will have happened since the "upgrade" of the Denemo website, I
guess. I'll circulate the denemo list and hopefully it will be fixed.

Sorry for the frustration. Meanwhile attached is a sample file I just
created which will yield the title page code.
