Because fixes arrive only slowly and GUILE 2.2 is a moving target (try
compiling it: it will literally take an eternity, illustrating the
balance chosen between interpreting/compiling code and running it).
It's not like GUILEv1 was better in regard to bugs and undocumented
areas, but GUILEv2 is considerably more complex, and we haven't invested
as much time into GUILEv2 yet that we did in GUILEv1 in the first place.
