This is issue 2884: https://sourceforge.net/p/testlilyissues/issues/2884/It really isn’t solved and these problems are discussed what feels like every two weeks on this list. It would be very nice to find a solution for 2.20 or 2.22. If I have time around Christmas I’ll try to start to make some contributions to LilyPond, maybe I’ll have some ideas for this.
