No, unfortunately…

The closest help is <http://lsr.di.unimi.it/LSR/Snippet?id=245>, a snippet 
which includes several different fretboard styles.

I was hoping someone had already developed an entire fretboard style like that 
seen in this image

that I wouldn't have to do the implementation myself.
