Hi List,

although it's a bunch of fun playing LW with 3 Human Players on the same
keyboard we'd like to play over the network.

So we started on Computer A the lwwinsrc.exe with the parameters -private -2
-netlog, after that Computer A started lwwin.exe set in Teams all inactive
except one team on green (first team) went to the Network menue choose the
correct ip for the server and passwort nudel and pushed start. So the first
player connects and gets the wait screen (if it not just hang at "ping).

Now computer B starts lwwin.exe sets all Teams inactive except the second,
wents to networking chose the correct server ip, password test and clicks
start.

So far so good. I can see on the log, that both connect to the server, and I
also hear the 'beep'.

Computer B now should receive the map, but he gets a timeout after a while,
after that, computer A receives the map and gets a timeout. Both of them
while they're receiving the map. The log doesn't help me so much, so everythings
OK, the server sends the Map to the hosts, you see a lot of chars in the log
[the map?] and the next message is just timeout.

Anyone a clue what went wrong?

Frank.

P.S. I have the logs here, so if desired I can post it to the list (about
75kb)
