[liquidwar-user] Liquid War 6 snapshot

Hi,

Not of great interest, but I decided to package a tarball of the current
liquidwar6 source tree. There's absolutely nothing playable yet, but
well, it's there 8-)

For now this packages only displays a basic menu with a bubbling
background, using OpenGL and Guile, which is technically useless for
that trivial task, but might prove usefull in the long run.
